EDQ has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Analyst within the Development Services team.
You will lead complex infrastructure charging and financial modelling activities, support governance and policy improvements, and provide high-level advice across infrastructure offsets and charging frameworks.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior analytical role where your work directly contributes to infrastructure planning, housing supply and development outcomes across Queensland.
You'll work closely with planning, engineering and commercial teams while engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to help deliver practical and commercially sound outcomes.
* Lead and review complex infrastructure charging and cost-recovery financial models
* Oversee infrastructure offsets assessments, recommendations and reporting activities
* Provide expert advice on infrastructure charging policy and escalated charging matters
* Drive improvements to processes, governance frameworks and financial controls
* Audit and manage key infrastructure financial datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams on major development and infrastructure initiatives
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and negotiate positive project outcomes
