Senior Housing Officer
Frontline Delivery; Frontline Services; Housing & Homelessness Services; Caboolture
What you will be doing:
Approve and quality assure high-need social housing applications and transfers.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to improve outcomes, manage complaints, and facilitate resolutions. Represent the department in appeals and at QCAT.
Supervise team activities, monitor performance, manage workloads, address operational issues, and report as required.
Manage properties, conduct condition inspections, and advise on maintenance. Contribute to portfolio renewal and property developments.
Work in the field, meeting customers in their homes, often in volatile conditions requiring risk management.
Promote workplace safety by ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies in daily operations.
