Are you passionate about leveraging your technical expertise to make a real difference in people's lives? As a Senior Integration Analyst with Housing and Homelessness Services, you'll help design and implement IT solutions that directly support Queenslanders in need. From providing second and third-level technical support to developing integration frameworks and functional specifications, your work will play a key role in enabling the department to deliver essential housing services and drive reforms across the sector.

In this role, you'll work closely with IT developers, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure our integration systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll act as a key bridge between technical and business teams, managing service delivery to meet client needs and proactively resolving system issues. Your responsibilities will include designing test cases, developing test scripts, maintaining system security documentation, and providing specialist advice on integration frameworks.

 What can you bring to this role? If you have experience in developing and supporting integration solutions using object-oriented programming, message queuing technologies and SQL databases, we want to hear from you! Your strong customer focus, ability to manage stakeholder relationships, and expertise in Microsoft .Net, Message Queues and SQL databases will set you up for success. Experience within a software development or technical support environment is highly regarded, as is your ability to troubleshoot and enhance messaging queues and related technologies.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, values continuous improvement, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll work with peers, clients, and vendors to deliver coordinated support services while contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
