As our Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our disaster recovery program initiatives. Your days will be dedicated to mastering and applying the specific business rules that underpin the Queensland Government Insurance Funds and Queensland Reconstruction Authority. Moreover, your proficiency with spreadsheets will be your secret weapon—transforming data into insight, and insight into action. Your adept spreadsheet administration skills will ensure that every dollar is accounted for, every contract meticulously managed, and progress on each project is transparently tracked and reported.
Key functions:
- Financial management for recovery works.
- Contract administration and monitoring.
- Monthly progress reporting.
- Coordination among geographically dispersed areas.
- Communication with regional operational teams.
- Advanced spreadsheet administration and analysis.
