About the role
As a Legal Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting a team of legal professionals by providing high-quality administrative and case management assistance. Working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, you'll help keep matters progressing smoothly by preparing and collating court documents for filing, maintaining accurate electronic case records and file notes and managing data entry across case management systems. You will also liaise with court registries to monitor case progress and timelines.

This position is based in Brisbane and the successful candidate will enter into a Flexible Work Arrangement reflecting Brisbane as their primary office location. While the role allows for flexibility in working from home, regular in-person attendance at the Brisbane office is a mandatory requirement.

About You
You're a highly organised administrative professional with a keen eye for detail and enjoy supporting others and working in a collaborative environment. You have excellent customer service skills and are confident engaging with legal professionals and court staff.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in Legal administration will be highly regarded.
