This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing People and Culture team, delivering responsive, high-quality HR support across EDQ. You will support leaders and employees with practical advice, services and systems, helping to drive a strong and high-performing workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the HR shared inbox, triaging and responding to enquiries with professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
Providing HR advice and guidance on legislation, directives, policies and procedures.
Maintaining workforce data and governance reporting, including mandatory training and performance agreement compliance.
We are looking for a motivated and organised team member who thrives in a fast paced environment and contributes positively to team outcomes. You will bring:

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however a qualification in human resources or business will be highly regarded.
This is an opportunity to build your HR experience within a collaborative and supportive People and Culture team, contributing to meaningful outcomes for Queensland communities.
