About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Demonstrated application of high level organisational, strategic and analytical skills to support the oversight of a diverse program and the ability to align operational activities to the CCC's objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with complex legal, operational, policy and ethical issues to inform high quality decisions and provide expert advice in a high pressure and high-volume work environment.
- Significant experience and high level knowledge of issues within a public sector context, including detailed knowledge, or the ability to rapidly acquire a detailed knowledge, of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 and other relevant legislation, and the CCC's policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent and high quality work (including projects) within required timeframes and with the achievement of agreed results.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a program (multi-disciplinary team) that is responsive and promotes collaboration and innovation to achieve consistent and high quality results, including increasing the capacity of agencies to effectively deal with corruption.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder partnerships at all levels internally and externally to the CCC.
- Knowledge and application of contemporary management practices, including equal employment opportunity, workplace health and safety and anti-discrimination practices, and social justice.
- Initiative and drive to see that goals are achieved.
- Highly developed and effective oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and an ability to adapt your communication style to your audience and the ability to prepare complex correspondence and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with people effectively, including on complex and sensitive issues.
