The Role:
As a Complex Claims Advisor at QGIF you'll will manage a portfolio of technical/complex common law personal injury claims under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 which may include medical negligence, general liability (including public liability, employment practices, discrimination, defamation, class actions, malicious prosecution, and other tortious claims) and sensitive claims involving allegations of historical child abuse lodged against a variety of Queensland government agencies.
