This role contributes to the provision of timely and quality payroll services to Queensland Government employees. As a key member of the Queensland Shared Services HR Operations team, you will analyse legislative changes impacting Queensland government agencies, coordinate necessary updates with internal and external stakeholders, and identify opportunities for business and process improvement to enhance organisational efficiency and compliance.

This role contributes to the provision of timely and quality payroll services to Queensland Government employees. As a key member of the Queensland Shared Services HR Operations team, you will: 
• Providing quality technical advice for - the development of continual educational support materials to assist in technical training needs. Have a strong background in IT and understand the technical aspects of service delivery, including various tools and systems to recommend processes improvements. 
•     Analytical Skills - to assess service delivery metrics, identify trends, research, and make data-driven decisions to recommend effective training solutions and improve service quality and efficiency to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
•     Problem Solving Abilities - ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within service delivery processes, often using critical thinking and innovative problem-solving methods. 
•     Process improvement - Monitor team performance, build team capabilities to meet changing demands while constantly seeking ways to optimize service delivery processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency to maintain high quality client centric service. 
•     Communication and Team Collaboration - maintain positive and constructive relationships with staff and stakeholders by planning activities/projects and developing quality, comprehensive reports and documentation to support business improvement opportunities and optimise human resource, payroll and establishment services.
