The Project Manager will lead and manage design, delivery, and adoption of a complex SAP S/4 HANA Upgrade project through fit gap analysis, realisation, testing, cutover, deployment and hyper care.
You will have a strong background and proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA projects and managing full lifecycle SAP upgrades, technical migrations, and transformation programs.
This role requires:
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement across business units and executive sponsors
- Executive-level communication and presentation capability.
- Strong vendor/partner management experience.
- Ability to manage multi-functional teams across business, technical, data and change management streams.
- Excellent risk management, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Your Key Accountabilities:
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Analyse, develop, design, and implement project plans to deliver projects.
- Plan and manage project activities in line with Queensland Police Service and Whole of Government best practice and standards and following project management methodologies.
- Provide high level strategic direction and leadership in the analysis, design, development and implementation of projects and related business strategies and organisational change.
- Provide regular project progress status and financial reports to stakeholders and prepare, review and present project reports, briefing notes, submissions, and other correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes and to ensure compliance with business governance processes.
- Provide guidance to project stakeholders to facilitate informed business decisions that improve business processes and meet changing and challenging business needs.
- Represent the program or project team in a variety of forums.
