In the role of Manager (Program Delivery) you will provide best practice roads infrastructure program delivery advice, guidance and support to Delivery Program Managers in the delivery of QTRIP across their business areas. In particular, you will lead the development of innovative processes, guidelines and templates that drive delivery efficiencies in the areas of program development and review, risk and issue management, resource management, scheduling, and procurement.

We are seeking a Manager (Program Delivery) to join our team for a permanent opportunity.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide specialist advice and/or guidance on PMD's Delivery Program Framework, methods and tools in line with best practice program management such as P3O and MSP, including:
- Delivery Program governance
- Delivery Program planning, development, and implementation
- Delivery Program risks and issues management.
• Develop and review the PMD's Delivery Program Framework updates.
• Provide the provision of Delivery Program and 3PCM training, education, coaching and support to Program Owners, Project Managers, Business Managers and relevant Program Management Offices.
• Provide specialist advice and guidance on the establishment and tracking of delivery program KPIs to ensure efficiency and consistency in the application of the Delivery Program Framework.
• Provide specialist advice and assistance with delivery program health checks, pre and post implementation reviews and quality reviews of delivery program documentation.
• Keep abreast of and evaluate the effectiveness of delivery program tools and techniques that support improved delivery performance and productivity.
