As an Area Coordinator, you will
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary field teams to achieve operational outcomes and meet service delivery targets.
• Monitor and drive performance to achieve operational outcomes, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and the code of conduct.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational, human resources, and workplace health and safety matters.
• Oversee workforce management activities, including leave, payroll queries, and maintaining data integrity.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, providing timely reporting to support decision bmaking and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring to this role:
• Proven ability to lead and support large, diverse teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex interactions and provide clear direction.
• Capability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining sound judgement and decision-making.
• Highly developed organisational and time management skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to work across field-based conditions and respond to changing operational demands.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Confidence using and learning systems, with strong attention to data accuracy and process compliance
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships and work across multiple business areas
