About the Role:
Provide executive leadership and delivery oversight for a complex housing and development portfolio.
• Oversee a portfolio of development projects across Queensland, including regional locations and varied complexity
• Contribute to delivery under the Land Activation Program (LAP) alongside other Development Directors
• Drive housing outcomes aligned to EDQ's strategic KPIs, including homes contracted and commenced
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of property professionals, including direct reports
• Apply a commercial mindset to support development outcomes and transactions
• Leverage established strategic relationships across government and the property development industry
• Manage a growing pipeline of work, balancing delivery priorities with available resources
About You:
A strategic and experienced leader with strong development and stakeholder management expertise.
• Tertiary qualification in property or other related fields
• Proven experience delivering complex development or infrastructure projects
• High level of understanding of planning, development and statutory frameworks
• Ability to provide high-level strategic advice
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Established Leadership capability with strong experience working across multidisciplinary teams
• Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
