Lead enterprise systems for the department, driving performance, lifecycle, integrity and value across critical platforms. You’ll partner with architecture & information security leads to ensure enterprise platforms are effectively integrated and optimised to support services delivery.
The Business and Corporate Partnership (BCP) division provides strategic advice, leads key programs implementation & delivers corporate services that enable the department to achieve its objectives.

The Director, Enterprise Systems provides strategic leadership and operational accountability for the department's enterprise platforms. Working within the Business and Corporate Partnership division, you will ensure systems are reliable, secure and aligned to enterprise architecture, governance and whole-of-government policy, enabling strong service delivery outcomes.
In this role, you oversee the full lifecycle of a variety of enterprise systems, from strategy and service roadmaps through to optimisation and decommissioning.You will also navigate discussions with and build relationships with executives, stakeholders and vendors, contributing insights to investment planning and leading a small multidisciplinary teams to deliver results.
Success in this role means delivering reliable, high-performing systems that meet business needs, strengthening governance and service management practices and influencing strategic decisions to maximise value, innovation and customer experience.
