Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Working with stakeholders and colleagues across the Corporate Division and providing high-quality advice and support on a wide range of operational HR matters. By offering tailored coaching and guidance, you will help ensure effective and positive outcomes across all aspects of human resource management, including but not limited to employment conditions, recruitment, and establishment management.
• Providing guidance and support to managers on management approaches that promote Early Intervention and Positive Performance Management. This will extend across a broad range of areas including performance and conduct management, absenteeism and health/rehabilitation.
• Offering expert guidance on complex HR issues by interpreting HR policies, procedures and relevant legislation, ensuring alignment with Queensland Public Sector legislation, awards, agreements, directives and protocols.
• Fostering staff development within the team through coaching, mentoring and regular performance feedback.
• Researching and analysing HR management issues and workforce data, identifying trends and key areas for improvement and developing business solutions that drive better practices, build workforce capability, staff engagement and experience.
