Are you ready to make a real impact in a role that blends purpose and people focused work? QCS is looking for an Adviser, Talent Acquisition who will support the attraction of exceptional talent through effective candidate management and recruitment best practice.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) plays a vital role in delivering recruitment services for Custodial Operations, Community Corrections, and Specialist Operations roles across Queensland. In addition to managing recruitment processes, TAG oversees Criminal History Checks and ID Card Issuance.
As an Adviser, Talent Acquisition (AO4), you will:
- Play a key role in attracting exceptional talent, using expertise in candidate management and recruitment best practice to support QCS's frontline workforce
- Take responsibility for full lifecycle recruitment, from application review and candidate assessment through to coordinating and facilitating selection activities.
- Build strong, positive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in all thing's recruitment.
- Deliver training, share your expertise, and guide hiring managers, contributing to the development of recruitment policies that support QCS's strategic direction.
- Champion integrity and compliance, ensuring all recruitment activities meet legislative requirements and that records are accurate, secure, and maintained to the highest standard.
