Across the state, Court Services Queensland (CSQ) employs over 1,300 skilled & dedicated staff, who work to deliver a range of services which support an independent judiciary & achieve quality outcomes for the community. Working closely with the judiciary will not only enhance your knowledge of the legal system but also provide a rewarding experience in contributing to the delivery of justice in Queensland. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring court users understand processes, enabling you to make a tangible difference in their experience & safety within the court system through the provision of support and empathy.

The Court Services Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to modernising and improving the court system, emphasising safety, innovation, efficiency, and enhanced access to justice. As part of a dynamic team dedicated to shaping a more responsive and user-friendly court experience, this position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact, adapt to evolving practices, and play a vital role in the transformation of Queensland courts. To fulfil your responsibilities of ensuring the effective execution of administrative processes, case management, and providing support to judicial officers in the courtroom, contributing to comprehensive services for members of the public, judicial officers, and various internal and external stakeholders.
