This role provides an exciting opportunity for a valuable team member to join the Workforce Strategy and Insights team in assisting with the development of training content, supporting the department’s Learning Management System, coordinating departmental initiatives, organising events and meetings, and preparing written materials such as briefing notes, reports, and presentations.

Your responsibilities
As the Advisor, Workforce Strategy and Insights, you will
• Coordinate and support the delivery of workforce initiatives, events, and meetings, ensuring alignment with team objectives and departmental priorities.
• Deliver and support training initiatives, including the development of training content and materials and supporting the administration of the learning management system (LMS).
• Prepare high-quality written materials, including briefing notes, reports, presentations, and other documentation to support workforce strategy initiatives.
• Support project reporting by monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and providing regular updates.
• Provide on-the-day support for events and meetings, including setup, facilitation and troubleshooting as required.

What are we looking for?
The position requires an applicant who can demonstrate:
• Strong organisational skills to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives, events, and meetings effectively.
• The ability to develop and support the delivery of training content and resources that align with organisational priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
