As a Senior Administration Officer you will:
- Provide timely, high-quality administrative support to the Executive Services team.
- Operate and maintain effective administrative systems relating to the work of the Executive Services team in accordance with Queensland Government, departmental and team policies, procedures and handbooks.
- Maintain various databases and systems, including the Ministerial Correspondence, records management, as required.
- Liaise and work cooperatively with the Minister's Office, departmental officers and other government agencies as necessary to ensure requests and executive documents are appropriately actioned to meet required timeframes.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of high-quality executive documents in a timely manner.
- Practice and promote excellence in service delivery and identify opportunities for improving services provided by the Executive Services team.
- Undertake other work as requested by the Executive Services Manager.
