As a Security Specialist, you will:
• Participate in managing security infrastructure related services, firewall management, DNS protective services, incident management and resolution, ZTNA solutions and secure VPN.
• Be Autonomous and self-motivated to contribute and provide excellent customer service across a broad range of agencies with diverse requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to existing services.
• Build relationships across CITEC to support your ability to do the role and the delivery of SOPs services.
• Stay informed of technologies, security landscape and best practices to deliver and enhance our services.
• Take part in an out of hours on-call roster.
