Carbrook State School is a thriving primary school on the southern outskirts of Brisbane (Logan/Carbrook) that fosters a safe, supportive and student-centred learning environment.
We are looking for an experienced teacher to provide Inclusion Support, aligned to the Multi-tiered System of Support. They will work in a team consisting of two class teacherS and a teacher aide to support the learning, engagement and wellbeing needs of students. This is a 0.6FTE position working Wednesday - Friday.
Teachers are well supported through weekly Professional Learning Team (PLT) meetings within their cohort and through collaboration with the wider Inclusion Team.
