About the role
As the Regional Manager, you will provide strong leadership to a front-facing, customer-centric team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. This role requires travel to various work-related locations and offers an opportunity to influence regional service delivery and outcomes at a senior level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing regional team to deliver exceptional, customer-focused outcomes
- Driving operational performance by effectively managing workflow, resources, and throughput to consistently achieve KPIs
- Building and sustaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery objectives
- Fostering an inclusive and high performing team culture (both locally and at branch level), that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives that enhance customer experience and industry outcomes
- Providing clear, evidence-based decision-making and strategic advice aligned with organisational priorities

Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and in regional environments will be highly regarded, as will your ability to adapt, drive improvement, and travel as required to support service delivery.
