We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join a professional and collaborative team with high expectations, extensive expertise and a strong focus on student success. The successful applicant will support children with disability aged 3-5 years to develop valuable skills for learning and transition confidently to school.
Working closely with families and Education Queensland specialists, the teacher will deliver targeted interventions, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), support individual student goals and prepare Transition to Prep Plans. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of students, families and staff. Knowledge of a range of disabilities and experience using AAC are highly regarded.

What You'll Need
- Knowledge of a range of disability and use of AAC is preferable.
- Teacher will also be required to write IEPs and Transition to Prep Plans.
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Full or provisional QCT registration
- Australian working rights or valid visa
