Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and coordinate property acquisition and tenancy onboarding activities, including reviewing building and pest inspections, attending site inspections, conducting viability assessments and delivering strategic property and leasing advice to support informed decision making.
  • Manage and oversee day to day engagement with contracted real estate agencies, monitoring performance, identifying service delivery issues and applying sound judgement within established frameworks to address tenancy, maintenance and dispute matters including timely escalation of risks and non compliance.
  • Assess and coordinate significant maintenance works, providing recommendations on appropriate courses of action and procuring services in line with TMR procurement requirements to ensure value for money and quality outcomes.
  • Provide specialist advice on asbestos risks within residential and commercial properties, including interpreting asbestos registers and reports, identifying potential hazards and recommending safe management or remediation strategies in accordance with legislative and policy requirements.

We recognise and celebrate that everyone is unique and seek the applicant best suited to the role.
