RoadTek Wide Bay is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects across the region. From planning and tendering through to project delivery, you'll lead teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help deliver vital infrastructure that communities rely on every day.

This is a fantastic temporary full-time opportunity until February 2027, with the possibility of extension, offering the chance to make an immediate impact while expanding your leadership and project management experience.

Recognition and reward programsAs Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering multiple civil infrastructure projects while ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently and within budget.

You will:
• Lead the delivery of road, bridge and civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timeframes, quality requirements and resource allocation.
• Develop estimates, tenders and bid submissions for infrastructure works.
• Coordinate project teams and provide leadership, guidance and support to employees and contractors.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, procurement and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business performance objectives.

You are a proactive leader who enjoys delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You have strong project management capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience leading civil construction or maintenance projects.

We're looking for someone who can:
• Successfully manage multiple and/or complex projects.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop teams to achieve high performance outcomes.
• Apply sound commercial, financial and risk management practices.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of civil construction, maintenance or infrastructure delivery.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and customer outcomes.
