QRIDA is seeking an experienced and proven performer that plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of QRIDA’s internally developed JAVA-based RAPID ecosystem, which underpins the Loans and Grants environment. The role focuses on designing and executing robust testing practices, identifying and resolving defects, and ensuring that all system changes meet business requirements and quality standards. This position is integral to supporting QRIDA’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions to stakeholders.

Job details

As the Digital Test Analyst, you will develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the RAPID ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute application changes and releases, ensuring alignment with QRIDA's governance frameworks.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into effective automated testing strategies
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to testing and system changes, leveraging AI-driven insights to predict and mitigate potential risks.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in automated testing and AI-driven quality assurance.
