Do you enjoy partnering with teams to improve processes, support best practice and turn ideas into practical solutions?

Join Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in a hands-on role that combines business improvement, process design and system development to deliver better ways of working across the region.

We're looking for an Advisor (Business Improvement and Systems) to collaborate with teams to understand how work is done, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in strengthening service delivery by:

  • Partnering with teams across the region to understand, analyse and document business processes.
  • Working with stakeholders to modernise work practices through process improvements and digital solutions.
  • Designing, building, optimising and maintaining digital solutions (SharePoint to Cloud, Workflows and PowerApps).
  • Coordinating quality and compliance monitoring activities, including Control Self- Assessments (CSAs).

What we're looking for
You'll bring initiative, curiosity and a collaborative mindset, along with:

  • Ability to identify, assess, and document business requirements and processes, including experience in process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Capability working with information technology systems and digital tools, including SharePoint to Cloud, workflows, PowerApps, and other digital solutions.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders to support implementation, encourage adoption and guide others through change
