What you will being:
- Provide sound and timely advice on housing and homelessness policy issues and to inform policy, program and project development on strategic policy issues that intersect with housing and homelessness outcomes and policy objectives.
- Undertake rigorous policy research and analysis to support evidence informed strategic policy advice across inter and intragovernmental arrangements and legislative and reform development.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance housing and homelessness policy outcomes and objectives, including through legislative reform, negotiation of national agreements and influencing design and development of intersecting policies, programs and services.
- Prepare written materials and communications about strategic housing and homelessness policy, legislation and reform, including briefs, correspondence, reports, submissions, proposals, presentations and legislative support and development materials.
- Work effectively as a member of a team to support and deliver projects and tasks, including by providing project management and administrative support.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
