As a Senior HR Advisor (Recruitment), you'll play a key role in delivering the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) Ranger Intake Scheme. Working with managers and stakeholders across the state, you'll lead innovative recruitment initiatives that attract, assess and place Rangers into frontline roles that support vital conservation and visitor services outcomes. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys solving complex workforce challenges, improving processes and finding better ways of working. You'll drive high-volume recruitment activities, provide expert talent acquisition advice, support workforce planning, and help build recruitment capability across the organisation. 

What you'll do
*Lead and coordinate recruitment initiatives for frontline Ranger roles across Queensland. 
*Provide strategic and operational recruitment advice to managers and stakeholders. 
*Support workforce planning and recruitment improvement projects. 
*Deliver coaching, guidance and practical recruitment solutions. 
*Use digital tools and technology to improve recruitment processes, reporting and candidate experiences. 
*Contribute to diversity, inclusion and continuous improvement initiatives.
