Manager, Planning and Performance Reporting

The Manager, Planning and Performance Reporting, is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic and operational planning cycles and ensuring accurate and timely performance reporting that assists the organisation to deliver its strategic and operational objectives. In this role, you’ll also play a key role in establishing benefits and performance frameworks and assisting to measure the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure we are making an impact for the people of Queensland. You will work collaboratively across the CCC to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting. This role coordinates the delivery of specific reports, including the CCC Annual Report, briefs to support Estimates Hearings, Service Delivery Statements, and reports to the Minister and the Parliamentary Crime and Corruption Committee.

About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
• Leading the development, implementation and evaluation of whole-of-commission, performance and reporting frameworks, systems, policies and practices.
• Developing and monitoring performance frameworks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, compliance, and contributing to the ongoing development of performance measures and monitoring techniques.
• Coordinating and producing a range of commission-wide reporting initiatives as required, including, but not limited to, the Annual Report, Quarterly Reports, Estimates Hearing briefs, Service Delivery Statement, and reports to the Minister and the Parliamentary Crime and Corruption Committee.
• Sourcing and analysing information to inform and monitor performance and collating and presenting data and information in a manner that can be used to inform business decisions and optimise organisational performance, effectively contributing to the achievement of the CCC's overall goals.
• Liaising with senior executives and business areas to ensure effective operation of the governance, performance and reporting frameworks, systems, policies and practices.
• Providing leadership, direction and support to the development and maturation of a data-driven decision making culture, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Managing the day-to-day work planning and review of the team and/or reporting initiatives, including ensuring the quality of performance information produced by the unit.
• Contributing to building an inclusive culture that respects and promotes inclusion, human rights and diversity.
