QRIDA is seeking a detail orientated and proactive individual that will support the Digital Delivery team by assisting in the identification, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements. The role will focus on supporting the delivery of digital solutions, contributing to process improvements, and documenting business requirements to align with QRIDA’s operational and strategic objectives.

Job details

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, support solution design, and assist in the delivery of digital initiatives that enhance QRIDA's services.

Key responsibilities of the role includes:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering – mapping, analysing, mapping and identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support and Delivery – working with teams to ensure that solutions meet requirements
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication – liaison, facilitation and communication of findings and recommendations
• Governance and Compliance – maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables
