About the Role:
As Principal Corporate Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in shaping & delivering EDQ's corporate marketing strategy. You will use market insights, content & industry trends to develop targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen EDQ's brand, engage key audiences & support organisational priorities.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop & deliver strategic marketing plans aligned with EDQ's long-term objectives
  • Lead content marketing, digital & social media initiatives to enhance engagement, reach & brand presence
  • Coordinate industry events, partnerships & sponsorships that support EDQ's strategic vision
  • Maintain a cohesive corporate identity & ensure consistency across marketing channels & visual assets
  • Develop creative briefs & collaborate with internal stakeholders & external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Manage marketing budgets & expenditure, ensuring appropriate financial oversight & value for money
  • Provide proactive, data-driven marketing advice & identify opportunities for innovation & continuous improvement

Working within EDQ's Corporate Services division, you will collaborate across the organisation to deliver marketing outcomes that support EDQ's strategic priorities & Queensland Government objectives.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the property sector & the ability to develop & deliver strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. You will bring:

  • 10+ years' marketing experience, ideally within the property sector
  • Strong experience developing & delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Expertise across digital channels, social media & content marketing
  • The ability to use market insights, data & industry trends to inform strategy
  • Strong stakeholder, agency & industry relationship management skills
  • Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, partnerships & marketing budgets
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on brand, innovation & continuous improvement
  • A collaborative approach & the ability to provide trusted marketing advice across the organisation

A current driver's licence is mandatory, & travel may be required from time to time.
