  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders, making workforce data easier to understand and use.
  • Improve data quality, reporting processes and analytics capability so our solutions keep getting better.
  • Share your knowledge and contribute to a curious, collaborative and innovative team.

What you'll bring

You'll be someone who:

  • Is passionate about demystifying data and helping people use it with confidence.
  • Thinks critically, asks thoughtful questions and enjoys finding the root cause.
  • Can translate customer needs into practical dashboards, reports and visualisations.
  • Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large or complex datasets.
  • Can extract, transform and model data from SQL sources, use DAX to and develop meaningful Power BI solutions; Python experience is an advantage.
  • Communicates complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Values collaboration, continuous improvement and evidence-informed decision making.

Why this role matters

Your work will help QCS make smarter workforce decisions, strengthen the organisation and support safe, modern and responsive correctional services. If you want your analysis to make a real-world difference - and you're proud to call yourself a data nerd - we'd love to hear from you.
