This is a dual-portfolio leadership role for someone who can genuinely operate across both disciplines. You will take full ownership of procurement strategy and contract negotiation, while also driving the strategic management of departmental facilities statewide and people leadership within a dynamic, supportive environment.
Leading a team of seven across two functions you will lead the development and implementation of the department's strategic procurement planning, champion solution-focused procurement strategies, oversee the strategic management of departmental facilities, lead high-level lease and maintenance contract negotiations, provide expert advice to senior leaders on complex and sensitive matters, and build a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
