Project Coordinator - Line Marking

Join RoadTek's Central Queensland Operations team as a Project Coordinator (OO6) based in Rockhampton. In this role, you'll support the delivery of line marking and road safety projects across the region, coordinating crews, resources, subcontractors and work programs to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors, you'll assist with project planning, risk management, compliance, workforce development and operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity to build your leadership capability while contributing to projects that improve road safety and connectivity for Queensland communities.

Based in Rockhampton, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of line marking operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to high-quality standards. Working alongside Project Managers, Supervisors and operational crews, you'll coordinate resources, subcontractors, schedules and project activities while helping drive continuous improvement and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate line marking and road safety project activities across the works program.
• Manage resources, suppliers and subcontractors to support project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with workforce development, team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Support estimating and tendering activities for project works.
