Take the lead on major road infrastructure projects in Roma as a Project Manager with RoadTek. In this role, you will drive project delivery across the full lifecycle, providing leadership, technical expertise and contract management to ensure successful project outcomes that support regional Queensland.
In the role of Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects by applying your engineering expertise, project management capabilities, and contract administration skills. As a qualified Civil Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), you will oversee all aspects of project delivery—including design, roadworks, structural construction, and maintenance—ensuring effective coordination of operational activities and resources. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes across high-value, technically challenging projects.

About You
You are an experienced civil engineering professional with strong project management, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. You can successfully deliver road infrastructure projects while managing competing priorities and project risks.
Mandatory Requirements
• Engineering degree recognised by Engineers Australia.
• RPEQ registration.
• Current C Class Driver Licence.
• Ability to travel as required.
