As a Construction Worker (Supervisor), you will oversee the delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle,  ensuring quality, safety, program and client requirements are achieved. You will lead and support project teams, coordinate labour, plant and equipment resources, maintain project records, and work closely with project managers, customers and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.  

What you'll do:
• Supervise civil construction and maintenance projects from planning through to completion.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate labour, plant and equipment resources to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate project records and site documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Support workforce development through training and mentoring opportunities.
• Promote safety, performance, innovation and continuous improvement on site.

About you:
You have extensive experience in civil construction or road infrastructure projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You are customer-focused, proactive in problem-solving and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. 

Mandatory requirements:
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.
• Certificate III in Civil Construction (or ability to obtain required competencies within 36 months).
• Ability to travel across the Downs South West region as required.
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical and workplace Drug and Alcohol Policy requirements.
Desirable:
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision (Leadership and Management) or willingness to obtain within 36 months.
