About the Role
RoadTek Mackay is seeking a Project Management Support Officer (AO3) to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team. Based in Mackay, you will play an important role in supporting project delivery through effective coordination of documentation, records, procurement, financial administration and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and project support to operational teams.
• Coordinate project documentation, records management and correspondence.
• Manage procurement, purchasing, accounts processing and reconciliations.
• Support workplace health, safety and security activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action registers.
• Coordinate PPE, devices and IT support requirements.

About You
You are a proactive and organised professional with experience supporting project or operational teams. You can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Bring
• Experience in project, operational or business support.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating documentation, meetings and administrative processes.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence or equivalent.
