Leading a portfolio of approximately 400 staff and a budget of more than $180 million, you will oversee Finance, People and Culture, Governance and Risk, Communications, Digital and Customer Experience, Infrastructure and Asset Management, Information and Technology Partners.

About You
This role will suit an accomplished executive leader who combines strategic capability with a practical understanding of how large organisations operate.
You will have experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary corporate service functions and a track record of delivering organisational improvement within large and complex environments.
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing structure, clarity and momentum when organisations are navigating change.
Most importantly, you understand that enterprise services exist to enable others to succeed. You are motivated by building organisational capability, strengthening performance and creating conditions where people, customers and stakeholder's benefit.
Your background may include leadership across:
- Corporate and enterprise services
- Finance and commercial operations
- Human resources and organisational capability
- Digital, technology and customer services
- Governance, risk and corporate performance
- Large-scale organisational transformation
