In this role you will be responsible for coordinating prison capacity and transfer processes, inclusive of case managing prisoners who are found to be difficult to place across the state, coordinating the demand for prisoner beds, the intake of prisoners from the watch houses, and leading interstate, international transfers and specialised transfer and escort processes including the management of prisoner escorts for Mental Health custody and the assessment and evaluation of transfer applications in accordance with relevant legislation.

• Knowledge, interpretation and application of legislation, policies and procedures
• Ability to motivate and encourage self and others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles

• Experience working with sensitive or classified information.
