TMR are seeking a dedicated AO3 Operations Support Officer in Buderim to deliver on our vision of Connected communities in a sustainable, thriving, and inclusive Queensland. This opportunity is available from 16 November 2026 to 12 November 2027.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
• Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
• Administering a range of passenger transport products, including exercising delegated authority to assess applications and determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
• Supporting the delivery of school transport services, including administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
• Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
• Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
