We are seeking a Manager (Program Planning) to join our team based in Brisbane.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide specialist advice and/or guidance on the Delivery Program Framework, methods and tools in line with best practice program management such as P3O and MSP®, including:
o Regional Transport Blueprint and 10+ year infrastructure program development
o Delivery Program governance, planning, development and implementation
o Delivery Program risks and issues management.
• Lead and coordinate the development and review of Regional Transport Blueprints and related 10+ year Infrastructure Programs for delivery areas.
• Develop and review the Delivery Program Framework to support consistent statewide program planning and delivery practices.
• Provide the provision of Delivery Program training, education, coaching and support to Program Owners, Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Managers and relevant Program Management Offices.
• Provide specialist advice and guidance on the establishment and tracking of program planning KPIs to support investment readiness, long-term infrastructure program development and consistency in the application of the Delivery Program Framework.
• Provide specialist advice and assistance with delivery program health checks, pre and post implementation reviews and quality reviews of delivery program documentation.
• Keep abreast of and evaluate the effectiveness of delivery program tools and techniques that support infrastructure program development, improved delivery performance and productivity.
