The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) workforce is central to delivering outcomes for Queensland. TMR is seeking a Director (Ethical Standards) to lead the delivery of ethical standards services and to ensure the delivery of effective and strategic workforce relations advice and policy.
About you:
You will bring a wealth of experience and technical expertise to:
• Leading complex people matters.
• Delivering strategic insights and advice to senior leaders.
• Ethical standards, misconduct prevention strategies, and integrity frameworks within the public sector.
• industrial and employment relations.
• leading and mentoring a team in managing high-risk matters, including investigations.
• representing the department across the sector and maintain effective relationships.
