About us:
The Gladstone and Banana Allied Health Clinical Network consists of six on site Health Practitioner professions: Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Dietetics, Psychology and Social Work. In addition to the generalist services provided, the Allied Health professions provide two targeted service areas, namely developmental paediatrics, and cancer care. Senior Allied Health clinicians have regular contact with senior staff within the hospital and across CQ Health. Regular communication occurs with the professional seniors and the Allied Health Team Leader.
About the role:
The Senior Physiotherapist works as a member of the Banana Allied Health Team providing comprehensive, effective, and efficient Physiotherapy services to stakeholders/customers of CQ Health. Services provided are of a varied caseload complexity, spanning the continuum of care that includes service provision to patients/clients within inpatient, outpatient, and community clinical settings.
About you:
- Registration or eligibility for immediate registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and maintain their continuing professional development at a level that will meet the AHPRA standards.
- The possession of Tertiary Degree (or equivalent) qualification in Physiotherapy.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $13,113 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
