About us:

Biloela Hospital provides a range of hospital and visiting specialist services to the Biloela and Banana region. Our vision, outlined in our Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders Strategy is for Biloela Hospital to be the Banana hub for emergency, maternity, diagnostic and a range of surgical services. We will invest in Telehealth technology to provide local access to services wherever possible.

About the role:

To provide a high standard of administrative support to the different functional areas of the Biloela Hospital, including provision of timely and accurate information to staff, clients and public on current inpatient status and maintenance of up-to-date records. This position is accountable for promoting good public relations with the general community and both internal and external customers of the service.

About you:

  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration would be well regarded.
  • Organisational problem solving and time management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of:

  • An hourly rate between $48.51 - $53.95 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
