About the role

  • This role works within Administration Services – Caboolture, Kilcoy, and Woodford Clinical Directorate.
  • The role has a professional and operational reporting line to the Administration Supervisors, Administration Services and or the Administration Relief Coordinator.
  • The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administration support, servicing in the follow areas and may require you to work within a 24/7 roster system.
  • Predominately the role will be required to cover planned, unplanned, and extended ad hoc/emergent leave and at times may be required to carry out administrative support to temporary projects/redevelopment type areas.
  • Support the effective operation of the Administrative Relief by being accepting and responsive to changes in rostering, often at short notice and quickly adapting to workplace team dynamics.
