About the role
Temporary part time opportunity to lead the delivery of the Eat Walk Engage program on designated wards at Caboolture Hospital, by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery; project management and project coordination; education and training; and stakeholder engagement, liaison and negotiation at all levels.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Work collaboratively with the expert facilitation team at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH), Healthcare Improvement Unit and Hospital and Health Service clinical leads to achieve program milestones
- Lead and direct multidisciplinary meetings and committees to promote the aims and objectives of the Eat Walk Engage program.
- Provide high-level clinical leadership, information and support to the multidisciplinary team to implement Eat Walk Engage strategies utilising an evidence-based approach
