About the role

Temporary Full time opportunity to ensure a smooth and safe transition to new / refurbished services at Caboolture Hospital. The role is part of an Operational Commissioning team and broader project team and will work very closely with the Service Readiness team and hospital services to ensure their preparedness for the new facilities.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Participate in flexible team structures that comprise staff from across the Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford Directorate and Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Program to achieve specified project outcomes that reflect project goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain mutually productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to advance project outcomes.
  • To lead the transition and operational commissioning for designated clinical and support services, ensuring a safe and effective transition to the new and refurbished services within the scope of the Caboolture Redevelopment Program.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders develop, implement and evaluate frameworks to support effective clinical and non-clinical practices.
