Your Opportunity:
This is a hands-on high-level project role with the requirement to work alongside Mental Health and Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Service leaders to conceptualise and design workforce delivery models optimised to chosen models of care and required skills mix.
About your Role:
- To help the Mental Health and Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Service contemplate how to transform their workforce to support new clinical models of care and digital capability
- You will undertake high level research and analysis of internal and external workforce trends, data to identify key workforce trends and issues as these relate to a large or complex clinical organisation and develop workforce planning recommendations that adhere to international workforce planning best practice and recommended solutions to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and evaluate workforce planning, including undertaking risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues, assess progress and effectiveness, and achieve agreed outcomes.
- Implement and monitor quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area
This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided before commencement of duty.
