About you:
In your new role you will…
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge in the management and utilisation of databases and information systems and reporting solutions.
- Display confidence and ability to communicate directly with research partners, study sites and relevant community organisations about the Barbershop project.
- Demonstrate understanding of sexual health promotion programs and comfort in dealing with documented responses from study participants.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will support Sexual Health research, business and strategic planning by managing research processes and information systems, providing activity / performance analysis reports and providing recommendations. Manage the Barbershop research project administration including data extract processes and reporting and assist with the development of the research capacity within Sexual Health through efficient, highly organised data management and collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team and other key stakeholders.
About your role:
- Access systems, analyse data and present quality activity/performance reports.
- Liaison with research sites and respond to and coordinate clinician's requests/queries in relation to the Barbershop research project.
- To be self-directed and show initiative under the guidance of the Health Worker Coordinator, Sexual Health Coordinator and wider clinical team.
- Manage ethics and governance amendment submissions, document version control and correspondence with the Research Ethics and Governance Unit.
